The animated portrait of my dearest friend and fellow artist shows the undercurrents of the private self. Behind the laughter and sarcasm, a symphony of discontent can sweep over the soul. These vibrations are emphasized with minimal audio accompaniment.

This certainly is not a unique scenario experienced by Mr. Weiss, but one that most humans can understand and empathize with. For creatives this is a shared experience that comes with the territory. The inner voice. The doubting, critical, deceiving, and fearful murmur of self analysis and negativity. Noise.
