Searching. Mostly for answers. Introspection of my life’s journey, the choices, the chances, the multidimensional combination of possible outcomes or alternate endings. I can’t find ‘grace’ but I’m sure it’s here somewhere.

Distractions. Simplify the search. 

“Make good choices,” I hear myself saying to our son. And then I hear my own voice saying it again in my head. It’s deceptively simple. Most of the core truths for a good life are. Be kind. Don’t tell lies. Be a good neighbor. Respect others. The list goes on. But we are easily distracted, divided, and conquered by vice and sin.

Searching. I can’t find ‘forgiveness’ but I thought I found all the double s’s?! I still don’t see it, no matter the direction I go. But I’m sure it's here somewhere.
